We’re a small but driven team with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service when it matters most. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to play a key role in shaping both our customer experience and sales performance.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—often during an emotionally challenging time. Your responsibility will be to handle incoming enquiries with care and professionalism, convert them into confirmed funeral arrangements, and ensure every interaction reflects our values of empathy, transparency, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Lead Management: Take full ownership of inbound customer leads, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates from enquiry to confirmed order.
Sales Strategy: Drive daily performance by identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and schedule freelance sales agents to maintain consistent phone line coverage and peak conversion performance.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to optimise the customer journey and achieve shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of exceptional communication and customer service skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
A self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms and CRM tools
Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management is strongly preferred
